Ordering & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within a maximum of 2 - 3 working days. You will also receive a message one day prior to the scheduled delivery date.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
You will be given a delivery date range once you order, and your mangoes will be delivered in the said date range.
Can mangoes be delivered to my office or only to home?
We can deliver mangoes to your home or office. Please use the correct address while ordering.
What if I am not at home when the mangoes arrive?
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will try again a second time to reach you or else our delivery team will contact you. We can coordinate a convenient time for delivery.
Can I order individual mangoes or only boxes?
Currently we sell mangoes in boxes of 2kgs and 3kgs, not as individual pieces.
Are international deliveries available?
At the moment, we deliver only within the UAE. International deliveries to other countries are not available currently.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link. You can use this link to check the delivery status of your order.
Can I gift mangoes to someone?
Yes, you can send mangoes as a gift. Simply share the recipient’s delivery address and contact details, and we will arrange the delivery.
What are the delivery charges?
For all orders which are equal to or above 6 Kgs, the delivery is free. For orders below 6 Kgs, there is a delivery charge ranging from AED 5 to AED 20.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order requirements may apply depending on the variety or location.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify your order before it is shipped. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Ripening & Storage
My mangoes arrived unripe. What should I do?
This is normal. Please keep the mangoes at room temperature for 2 - 3 days and they will naturally ripen. You can also access our Ripening Guide by scanning the QR Code on the Card you will receive inside the box.
How long will it take for mangoes to ripen?
It depends on the ripening stage of the mangoes. You can refer to the Ripening Guide by scanning the QR Code on the Card you will receive inside the box.
Should I refrigerate mangoes before they ripen?
No, mangoes should be kept outside at room temperature until they ripen. Once they become soft, they are ready to eat. Post ripening, you can store your mangoes in the refrigerator to increase its shelf life.
How can I tell when a mango is perfectly ripe?
A ripe mango will feel slightly soft when gently pressed and will have a pleasant aroma near the stem.
How should I store mangoes once they are ripe?
Once mangoes are ripe, you can store them in the refrigerator, where they will stay fresh for 4 - 5 days.
Can I freeze mangoes?
Yes, mangoes can be frozen. Peel and cut them into pieces before freezing for best results.
How long will mangoes stay fresh?
Unripe mangoes can stay fresh for 4 - 5 days at room temperature. Once ripe, they should be refrigerated and consumed within a few days.
Do different mango varieties ripen at different speeds?
Yes, different mango varieties ripen at different speeds. Some may ripen in 2 - 3 days, while others may take slightly longer.
Some mangoes remain green even after ripening. Is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. Some varieties remain green even when fully ripe, but they are still sweet and ready to eat.
Mango Quality & Issues
What exactly happens in Vapor Heat Treatment?
In Vapor Heat Treatment, mangoes are exposed to warm air saturated with water vapor at temperatures between 40°C and 50°C to eliminate fruit fly eggs and larvae. This process acts as a quarantine treatment before the fruits are shipped to the fresh market.
What is the Alphonso sponge tissue problem?
Sponge tissue is a natural issue sometimes seen in Alphonso mangoes. The mango may look normal from the outside, but a small portion inside may appear soft or brown.
What if my mango is damaged or not of good quality?
Please share a photo along with your order details and write an email to our customer care contact. Our team will review it and assist you with a solution.
Can I get a replacement if mangoes are not of good quality?
Yes, if there is a verified quality issue, we will arrange a replacement for the affected mangoes immediately.
How long does it take to receive a replacement?
Replacements are usually arranged within 1 - 3 working days, depending on delivery availability.
Why do some mangoes have spots or uneven colour?
Small spots or uneven colour are natural characteristics of mangoes and do not affect the taste or quality.
Why are some mangoes smaller than others?
Mango size can vary naturally depending on the variety, farm conditions, and harvest.
Are chemicals used on these mangoes?
Our mangoes are sourced with a focus on clean cultivation and safe post-harvest practices, ensuring they are safe and enjoyable to eat.

Can kids safely eat these mangoes?
