1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship our products to customers in Dubai. vaanyafruit.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. If you are located outside of Dubai and are interested in purchasing our products, please contact us at contactus@vaanyafruit.com to discuss potential shipping options.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination. You will be able to review the total shipping costs before finalizing your purchase.

3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 1 to 2 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Within 1 business day from the date of dispatch.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment until it arrives at your door.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Frozen Products: For orders containing frozen mangoes, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address to avoid any damage due to thawing. We are not responsible for any damages caused by delays in receiving the shipment.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. We will do our best to communicate any delays with you as soon as possible.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
